Our dog-friendly bed and breakfast offers five spacious, individually designed rooms—Awe, Lomond, Fyne, Long, and Katrine and the Carron Suite which features separate living and sleeping areas. Each room is named after a local loch, reflecting the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. These rooms are bright, airy, and thoughtfully decorated, combining comfort and style. They are all equipped with comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and en-suite bathrooms.
Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a solo retreat, or a family holiday, our B&B rooms provide a peaceful and cosy place to relax after a day exploring Inveraray and Argyll.
In addition to our B&B rooms, we also offer six self-contained cottages: Oak Cottage, Hawthorn Cottage, Rowan Cottage, Holly Cottage, and Willow Cottage. These cottages are perfect for longer stays and families.
Each cottage comes with its own fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area, offering the perfect home-from-home experience. Our cottages are ideal for families, groups, or couples who want a bit more space and the flexibility to self-cater. Located on the same grounds as the farmhouse, the cottages provide easy access to both Inveraray and the surrounding countryside.
Killean Farmhouse Inveraray B&B and Cottages is set on 10 acres of Scottish countryside, including a one-acre dog paddock which provides a safe area for your dogs to run freely off the lead.
